Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Isabel Rodrigo (born February 20th, 2003) is an American actor, singer and songwriter. Her lead roles in the Disney films High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and Bizaardvark made her well-known in the last quarter of 2010s. The debut single of Rodrigo "Drivers License" was released by Interscope Records and Geffen in 2020. It broke numerous records and was among the top-selling songs of 2021. This helped her rise into the mainstream spotlight. It was followed by singles "Deja Vu", "Good 4 U" and her debut studio album, Sour (2021), that received both critical and commercial success, and was awarded three Grammy Awards. Olivia Rodrigo, a Disney+ documentary on her creative process behind Sour came out in 2022. Apart from other accolades, she has won an American Music Award, seven Billboard Music Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards. Time named her the 2021 Entertainers of the Year, and Billboard named her Woman Of the Year in 2022.
Rodrigo received numerous awards for her contributions to music, including three Grammy Awards. [111It was reported that Billboard recognized Rodrigo with the Women of the Award at the 2022 Billboard Women in Music. [112] She was also named "Songwriter of the year" by Variety in 2021 [113] and at the 2022 ASCAP Awards. [114]
